Robin brings over 20 years of mechanical experience, demonstrating exceptional technical expertise leadership in every project she undertakes. In the last five years, she has been pivotal in 17 RNG dairy projects. Prior to specializing in RNG, Robin contributed to high-profile builds, including the innovative MSG Sphere, proving her capability in challenging and advanced environments. Her reputation is founded on precision, problem-solving, integrity, and a steadfast commitment to project excellence from start to finish.
With over 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, Dustin brings unmatched expertise in integrity and management across the upstream, midstream, and downstream sector. His deep understanding of operational safety, quality assurance and regulatory compliance has made him a trusted leader in high-stakes environments. Now applying that knowledge to the rapidly growing RNG sector, Dustin plays a critical role in ensuring that every project meets the highest standards of safety and quality. His forward thinking approach and hands on leadership continues to drive excellence and reliability across all phases of development.
With nearly 25 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, Jake Cummings brings a wealth of expertise, precision, and leadership to every project. His career began with a rigorous 5- year apprenticeship in pipe fitting and welding completed in 2007, laying a strong foundation for a future defined by excellence. Jake has played a key roll in diverse construction projects ranging from educational facilities and school houses to nuclear and bio-gas plants. He is well versed in local and state building codes, safety regulations and all aspects of construction processes. He holds multiple certificates from OSHA, underscoring his commitment to workplace safety and regulatory compliance.
Skylee brings a unique blend of hands -on experience and administrative expertise to the construction industry. She has spent the past year ensuring construction labor compliance on prevailing wage projects. Skylee coordinates all requirements and documentation necessary for projects with precision and consistency. Before transitioning into the RNG sector Skylee managed a sprawling 340- acre ranch in New Mexico, where she oversaw daily operations involving over 40 horses and 150+ head of cattle. Her responsibilities extended far beyond livestock - she played and integral role in overseeing multiple construction projects, including a pipeline installation that crossed the ranch.

Court Dschaak
Field Manager
Court brings 15 years of hands-on experience in the mechanical and industrial sector, with a proven track record as a welder, pipe-fitter and supervisor. His diverse back ground spans critical industries - including food processing, pharmaceuticals, nuclear energy, oil and gas refineries, and pipe line construction - where precision, safety and reliability are paramount. Court holds a certificate in Applied Science with a focus on Welding from Idaho State University College of Technology, combining formal training with a deep field expertise. Known for his strong work ethic, leadership and technical skill, Court is a trusted asset on project requiring high standards and complex execution
Hunter Dykstra

Hunter began his career in the electrical trade, contributing to solar energy projects that laid the foundation for his passion in clean energy. He has since transitioned into the mechanical side of the industry, where he continues to grow his skill set. Hunter is committed to quality, innovation, and advancing sustainable energy solutions through hands-on experience and continuous learning
Harrison Dschaak
Lead Foreman
Harrison is a skilled and reliable Foreman with 15 years of hands on experience supervising field crews and managing day to day operations on RNG and industrial construction projects. Know for ensuring safety, efficient and high quality work across all phases of project execution- from site preparation and equipment installation to system commissioning. strong knowledge of RNG systems, mechanical processes, and industrial facility requirements. Effective at reading blue prints, coordinating with engineers and maintaining productivity, all while enforcing strict safety protocols. A productive leader with a reputation for problem solving, team development, and delivering results under tight deadlines. Harrison, Court and the RR Next Gen Team have a quality, experienced group working with them in the field.
